Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays, new product drops), processing may take an additional day. I take great care in packaging each crystal to ensure it arrives safely.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Typical delivery timeframes:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Packaging & Handling
All crystals are wrapped with care using protective materials to ensure safe arrival. Fragile items may be double‑boxed or reinforced for extra security.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Jeannie’s Crystal House is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If your item arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so I can help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of crystals, 7-day return policy. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out — I want you to love your new pieces.
